How we handle your data
Last updated July 24, 2026 · This notice covers plateprotocol.com and the early-access waitlist.
Your health data privacy is paramount
-
Read in your browser
We never store your lab report file itself. Only the specific values you approve are saved to your account, and you can delete those anytime. If your browser can't read the file, you can opt into our reader, which pulls the values in memory and keeps nothing: not the file, not a log.
-
You approve every value
Nothing saves until you review each parsed number and confirm it's right.
-
Encrypted
Anything you save is stored encrypted, at rest and in transit, inside your private account.
-
Never sold or shared
Your health data isn't for sale, and we don't share it with advertisers or brokers.
-
Delete anytime
One request removes your account and everything in it.
What we collect here
Just the email address you choose to share when you join the waitlist. This site sets no advertising trackers and runs no analytics that identify you.
What we do with it
We email you about Plate Protocol early access. No newsletters you didn't sign up for, no renting your address out. Emails go through Kit, our email provider, which only processes your address to send on our behalf.
Leaving is easy
Every email has an unsubscribe link that works right away. Want your address deleted entirely? Write to hello@plateprotocol.com.
About the product itself
Once you're inside Plate Protocol, the same rules apply, just with more detail. The full product privacy policy and terms come with early access.
